The Holy Convocation registration fee (see registration tiers below) includes your conference information, registration bags, and on-site registration packet pickup at each assigned COGIC preferred hotel.
Renaissance Grand & Suites is sold out but is open to Bishops and Supervisors that are in good standing with the church and registered Platinum. They can receive one room for themselves only. You can register online and pick any hotel. After that is complete email theexchange@cogic.org and we will check your standing and registration of Platinum, then move you to the Renaissance hotel.
LAST DAY TO REGISTRATION PRE-REGISTRATION IS SEPTEMBER 15, 2013 FOR MAIL AND OCTOBER 1, 2013 FOR ONLINE. Any registration submitted by mail after September 15, 2013 will not be processed.
